We are growing!

Kardia Collective is a community of licensed professional counselors, coaches, and consultants that exists to help people heal and grow so they can live with Courage, Hope, and Freedom.

Supporting people as a Counselor or Coach is very challenging work to say the least. For many, it can also be a very lonely and isolated field. Add the burden of trying to manage, grow, and sustain your business and you have a good recipe for burnout. Recent statistics indicate that up to 61% of mental health practitioners experience signs of burnout.

Studies have shown that smaller caseloads, less paperwork, and more flexibility have all contributed to lower rates of burnout and more satisfaction in the work.  The workplace environment is another critical factor in helping professionals stay healthy in their work.  We value working together in community and creating a fun and warm environment that offers professional support, shared resources, ongoing development, and relational connectivity.

We are seeking Counselors and Coaches to add to our team to serve our growing number of clients and partners.

The Kardia community consists of caring professionals who value having the freedom to set their own schedules, see clients that fit their practice, and earn an income that fits their needs with opportunities to grow. All while being a part of a community that values their personal health, recovery, and success.

Kardia was founded with the vision to offer effective therapy (healing), while multiplying effective therapists, and helping everyone become a safe place for others to experience care and healing.

If you are:

  • A Licensed Counselor

  • Grad Student in need of internship or supervision

  • A people helper who wants to know how to build a Coaching practice

  • Interested in learning more about becoming a Coach

We would love to connect with you.

Practice Management

As a practice management company, our primary goal is to support you to build and grow a sustainable and profitable practice.

Sustainable, meaning you are working in a way that doesn’t lead to burnout, working way too much and charging too little.

Profitable, meaning you are able to meet your immediate and future personal financial needs and goals.

The world needs you to be as healthy and present as possible for as long as possible so you can contribute to those you feel compelled to serve.

We want to help you create the practice you envision without sacrificing your emotional, familial, or financial health. The Kardia community is committed to supporting you and accelerating the growth of your practice so you can provide optimal care for the clients you serve.
