Kardia Groups

A facilitated process group is a proven approach to helping you grow relationally and emotionally.

Kardia Groups are a safe space for individuals to come together, share their stories, and heal. Groups typically consist of four to eight people who meet up weekly for ninety minutes. Some groups have a set duration, while others remain open-ended. During Kardia Groups, participants are encouraged to be honest and vulnerable with each other without having to pretend to be someone they are not. The facilitator will help guide the group through their stories and help them gain a clearer understanding of how their past impacts their present and future. Through these conversations and interactions, individuals are able to experience the power and healing that comes from being connected and vulnerable to others.

Groups provide an economical way to gain emotional support and care from a variety of sources. Being part of a group can provide a sense of belonging and unity, as well as an opportunity to share experiences and provide feedback. Groups offer a safe and supportive environment where members can express their feelings and be heard and understood. Group members can learn from each other and help each other cope with difficult situations. By sharing experiences and resources, members can provide emotional support and care to each other.

Kardia groups provide a space for individuals to come together and work on their personal and emotional growth in a supportive and encouraging environment. Group therapy is hosted by experienced therapists and coaches who are dedicated to helping people create positive change in their lives. Each group offers a unique curriculum with different goals and objectives, as well as varying lengths of time. These groups can range from week-long intensives to month-long programs, and they are often available on a rotating basis so that people can join when it's most convenient for them. Kardia groups provide a safe and supportive space to explore and develop new skills, build meaningful relationships, and gain a better understanding of oneself.

Like most people, I was rather apprehensive about joining a group at first. The idea of sitting in a room with other men and talking about my feelings was scary to say the least. Now that I have done it for several years, I cannot imagine my life without my group, and I notice a difference in weeks when I miss. I am incredibly grateful to Tim and Shad for their gentle guidance and helping me to experience a much more enjoyable life as a result of knowing and being known by other men.
