At Kardia Collective we recognize the value of guidance through skillful Coaching.
Coaching is not counseling and is not a substitute for mental health care. It is, however, an important part of a process that can lead someone into the full participation in one’s own life.
Our coaches have various areas of emphasis including but not limited to career transition, stress and time management, leadership development, organizational leadership, spiritual formation, goal setting, conflict resolution, and more. All of our coaches have demonstrated courage and discipline in pursuing their own recovery of their emotional and mental health and invested in their own development in order to be skilled in providing this type of support.
While coaches are not counselors they create a present and future-facing space for their clients to help them clarify and execute the vision they have for their lives. Coaches can also serve as a valuable resource to identify experiences from our past that impede the pursuit of our future. In these cases our coaches can serve to guide you to a counselor that can help you address the area of need and continue the healing journey in cooperation with your coach. This approach has proven to be highly effective in caring for you holistically so you can continue pursuing the life you desire with the people you love the most.
