At Kardia Collective our mission is to support individuals to grow in courage, hope, and freedom.

Courage because life is out of our control and requires a willingness to do hard things in order to behalf of a vision for life that is worth the effort.

Hope is the inexhaustible flame that burns in each one of us that envisions a future we can’t stop imagining and pursuing. Unfortunately, in the course of life hope gets buried under the dirt and debris of heartache and loss that comes from living and loving courageously. It is tempting to try and hide that flame. Our passion at Kardia is to help excavate and fan that flame into its fullness of brightness and warmth.

Freedom is the gift of disciplining ourselves to do hard things consistently that align with our hope for the life and relationships we long for. Freedom to live the life that we crave as opposed to being reliant on the opinions of others, trapped living the life we think others want us to live instead of the one we were made for.

We recognize the value of guidance through skillful Coaching.

  • Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their personal lives, careers, businesses, or organizations.

  • Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life

    .

  • In each meeting, the client chooses the focus of conversation, while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves the client into action.

  • Coaching accelerates the client’s progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. Coaching concentrates on where clients are now and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be in the future. Coaches recognize that results are a matter of the client’s intentions, choices, and actions, supported by the coach’s efforts and application of the coaching process.
