LeAnn Farris

Associate LPC-MHSP, NCC

LeAnn offers a gentle and compassionate approach to counseling. She is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for those who may be feeling stuck or alone as they navigate the challenges of life.

She is committed to providing guidance and support to teens, adults, and couples to help regulate emotions, manage stress and anxiety, build healthy relationships, and heal from trauma.

LeAnn is trained in EMDR therapy, a psychotherapy technique that helps individuals process and work toward freedom from anxiety, grief, OCD, codependence, and past physical, sexual, and emotional trauma.

She is also trained in couples counseling and works with partners to improve communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional connection, and navigate conflict in healthier ways. She understands that relationships can be both deeply meaningful and deeply challenging, and she provides a balanced and supportive space for couples to grow together.

In her practice, she integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to provide personalized and holistic care.

LeAnn was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. She and her husband have three children. She finds joy in spending time with her family, traveling, working out, practicing yoga, and hiking. She also loves a good movie and a bowl of popcorn while surrounded by her four dogs and two cats.
