LeAnn Farris

LeAnn offers a gentle and compassionate approach to counseling. She is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for those who may be feeling stuck or alone as they navigate through the challenges of life.

Drawing from personal experience and ongoing education in counseling, she is committed to helping people explore their emotions, manage stress and anxiety, build healthy relationships, and heal from trauma.

She has a passion for providing guidance and support to teens and/or adults who want to experience hope, healing, and growth in life.

LeAnn is trained in EMDR therapy, which is a psychotherapy technique that helps individuals process through and work towards freedom from anxiety, grief, OCD, codependence, and past physical, sexual, and emotional trauma. 

LeAnn was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. She and her husband have three children. She finds joy in spending time with her family, traveling, working out, practicing yoga, and hiking. She also loves a good movie and a bowl of popcorn while surrounded by her four dogs and two cats.
