Adam Naylor

LPC- MHSP, NCC

My name is Adam. I grew up in a variety of settings and circumstances across the country, from Florida to Washington. One of the consistent privileges of my life has been the chance to become friends with people of many walks. These varied experiences have stoked in me great interest in others’ stories, motivations and pursuits. I had been primed to consider such things in others starting at an early age, as my own upbringing involved lots of adaptation to change. I am immensely grateful for the handful of mentors who have counseled me, and I delight in the opportunity to do the same with others.

I have been in private practice with Kardia Collective since 2017, and I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including the departments of Behavioral Health, Psychiatry, Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine. I am contracted with The Counseling Team International, offering therapeutic services to DEA agents based in Tennessee. I want to focus my efforts on people who desire healing from trauma, addiction and relational conflict. If this is you, come see me.

At home I assume the role of errand boy for my lovely wife and two daughters. They have taught me much of what I know that is worth knowing. I love to sing, write and play music. I love to read. I love to kick a ball. I’ll never skip a Phil Collins song.
