Are you lonely? Tired? Scared? Have you decided you need help? You fear what might happen if you put off counseling any longer. You've tried everything you know to fix your problem. You thought you would have figured it out by now. Your job, your career, your life circumstances have never been so challenging. Trying to solve this puzzle has been exhausting, debilitating, and perplexing! You're beyond ready to experience freedom and purpose!
My parents divorced when I was 10. I first saw porn when I was 11. It wasn't until 25 that I experienced healing through counseling. I help children and adolescents overcome challenging life circumstances, I guide young adults to find purpose and fulfillment in relationships, career, and calling, and I support those in recovery in finding hope and freedom.
I believe that teens are resilient! I believe work can be fulfilling! I believe that grief is necessary. Through my empathy, motivation, and training, I will be with you for the journey, helping you to understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in new and profound ways.
I graduated from Covenant College and worked in youth ministry before I made the transition to counseling. I've enjoyed getting to call Memphis home for the past few years, though I miss my home state of Florida. I'm married to Katie and enjoy jiu-jitsu, playing soccer, and reading good books. I love a cup of coffee on a rainy day or a bike ride on a sunny one!
