Chronic stress and Overwhelm are wreaking havoc on our minds and bodies.
18 Million US Adults (18%) are diagnosed with anxiety.
75 percent of Americans experienced moderate to high stress levels in the past month.
This elevated stress and anxiety is proven to affect your mental, physical, and emotional health.
Most people aren’t willing to take this step or do this work. Instead they will double down on their current strategies for catching up, getting ahead, and figuring life out. They will plan their next distracting vacation, check out on social media, buy something else online that won’t satisfy, find something to keep them active, or try to find a quick fix. They will try another medication or treatment that promises to make their symptoms and stress stop.
Life is chaotic. But that doesn’t mean YOUR life has to be.
You have choices. One of them is to learn how to take responsibility for the powerful emotional responses that are happening inside of you at all times. These responses are called feelings!
We all experience emotion. How we respond to them can be very different depending on how well we understand two things:
What am I feeling specifically?
How can I respond to that feeling in a responsible way
Kardia Groups can serve you on your journey to reconnecting with yourself and growing your ability to process your emotions and thoughts in an integrated, productive, and responsible way.
