The Next Level Leadership program has been designed specifically for senior-level executives of mid-market companies to discover and unleash their true potential, leading to a higher level of responsibility and performance within their company. We provide you with the necessary tools, skills, knowledge, and emotional and relational intelligence needed to produce the quality results you are looking for.
Timeline
Our developmental coaching is scheduled as a twelve-month course with fifteen three-hour class sessions. Each class will be scheduled around holidays and summer vacation schedules to give you plenty of time to focus on your assignments.

KEN EDMUNDSON
Ken is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Edmundson Group–a firm widely recognized for its unique skills in the development of business strategy, leadership and management training programs, financial measurement and marketing tools, as well as individualized employee assessments that are used in many mid-market companies across many sectors.
With over 40 years of combined experience as a business owner and coach/trainer of executives, Ken provides great insights and understanding of a person’s background, experience, education, and more all factor into the results they see from their career, guiding individuals through an engaging curriculum to discover their full potential.
SHAD BERRY
Shad is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Kardia Collective, a collective community of coaches, counselors, and consultants dedicated to helping people lead with courage, hope, and freedom from their doubts. Over the past two decades, he has built, developed, and led successful teams in both the private and nonprofit sectors not only increasing their productivity in terms of career results but also increasing the quality of their relationships. Shad’s insight will help others discover their ability to grow as leaders embracing legitimate relationships with their team to improve the organization’s health, operational efficiency, and mission success without compromising their own emotional, mental, and family health.
